“SET FREE”- is an inner-city church in Tucson, Arizona. As the Pastor of the church, it is my hearts desire for “SET FREE” to reach out to people of all walks of life. Some of us may feel uncomfortable in a “Churchy” setting. We may feel like others may not welcome “someone like me”. Can you envision the church consisting of recovering addicts, ex-cons, the homeless, sitting next to suburbanites, housewives, blue and white collar workers, executives, CEO’s, and others worshipping together, just as it will be in heaven? Can you picture the church praying together, loving one another, and working together to reach the lost for Christ just like the early church (Acts 2: 41-47 and 4: 32-35). “SET FREE” is about building community within the church and reaching out to those outside of the church.
Jesus Christ can give us a whole new life, a clean bill of health both physically and spiritually. Jesus had a special heart for those in pain and provided love and healing for those who reached out to Him. Jesus touched those whom the religious establishment said were beyond help and hope. Jesus touched the heart of the lepers, the dead, the disabled, men and woman with various addictions, all of whom the religious leaders walked away from.

Come join us, be yourself, and experience God’s unconditional love for each of us. If you want to grow in your relationship with God, work on relationships with Christian friends and reach out to those who are lost without Christ, this Church is for you!
