Home About Us Our Mission Core Beliefs Core Values Ministries Note From Pastor Sermons Newsletter

We believe that all the original manuscripts (Scriptures) are inspired by God.  We believe the Bible, in its entirety, is the inerrant and divinely authoritative Word of God. (2Timothy 3:16-17 and 2Peter 1:20-21)

We believe that the one loving and true God eternally exists (no beginning and no end) in three distinct persons- Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and these three possess the same nature, attributes and glory. (John 1:1; Matthew 28:19; Isaiah 48:16 and 2Corinthians 13:14)

We believe that man was created directly by God, in His own Image, but with man’s disobedience he fell into sin.  Therefore, man is destined to eternal punishment and cannot save himself. (Genesis 1:26-30; 2:7; 16-17; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12; 19; Ephesians 2:8-9 and Titus 3:5)

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Second person of the Trinity, the Son of God, and through His virgin birth; true humanity and undiminished deity were united in one person forever. (John 1:1, 14, 17; 8:58; 14:9 and Philippians 2:5-16)

We believe that Jesus Christ died upon a cross as a full and perfect substitutionary sacrifice for our sins.  We believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven making Him Lord of all. (John 3:16; Acts 1:6-11; 1Corinthians 15:14-17 and 2Corinthians 5:21)

We believe that salvation is entirely by God’s grace, through faith in Jesus Christ alone.  We believe that man is forgiven, regenerated, and given eternal life through their faith in Jesus Christ.  It is God who gives us the faith to believe. (Romans 10:17; Acts 4:12; John 14: 6; Ephesians 2:8-9 and Titus 3:5-7)

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity.  We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every man who has trusted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  It is the Spirit of God who empowers us to Godly living and service. We believe that the Holy Spirit gives us gifts to serve one another in the church and in the world.  These gifts are spiritual and are distinguished from natural gifts.  (Genesis 1:2; Isaiah 40:12-14; Romans 12:3-13; Romans 8:9; 16; Ephesians 1:13-14 and 1Corinthians 12:4-31)

We believe that man, who has trusted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, will be baptized and partake in communion as a sign of obedience to Him. (1Corinthians 11:23-26; Acts 2:38-42 and Romans 6:3-4)

We believe that Jesus Christ will return for His Church.  Christ’s Church is those who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ alone for their salvation.   Christ’s Church is mandated to demonstrate Christ’s likeness to the world.  Treat people as Jesus would if He were here. (Acts 1: 9-11; 1Thessalonians 4:13-5:3; Matthew 28:19-20 and Mark 16:15)

We believe that God has certain offices set up in the church for gifted men with the purpose of edification and equipping the saints for the work of the ministry. (Ephesians 4:11-12; 1Timothy 5:17-25 and Hebrews 13:7; 17)

We believe in admonishing (warning) a brother or sister in Christ to encourage repentance, healing, and restoration. This admonishment is both preventative and corrective. (Romans 15:14; 1Corinthians 4:14; 1Thessalonians 5:14; Matthew 18:15-17 and 1Corinthians 5:1-13)
